About the practice
The Periodontal & Implant Center of York has cared for gums and teeth in York for decades. Today it is owned and led by Dr. Sarah Pham, with longtime founder Dr. Bryan Siegelman continuing to see patients alongside her.
Independent and doctor-owned
We are not part of a corporate dental chain. The doctors make the clinical decisions, and the people who answer the phone and assist in surgery are the same people you'll see visit after visit.
Specialists, working with your dentist
Most of our patients keep seeing their regular dentist for checkups, fillings and crowns. We handle the gums, bone and implants, and keep your dentist updated after every visit.

Dr. Sarah Pham, DDS, MS
Periodontist and owner
Dr. Pham leads the practice and treats patients for gum disease, dental implants, bone and gum grafting. One or two sentences in her own words about why she chose periodontics.
Dr. Bryan Siegelman, DDS
Periodontist, Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology
Dr. Siegelman has practiced periodontics and implant surgery in York since 1989 and led the periodontal and implant residency at WellSpan York Hospital.
